the hotel is just a 5-minute walk to Metropolis At Metrotown for all your shopping needs and just over 2 km to the beautiful Deer Lake Park where you can enjoy lovely strolls by the water.

This place was just a great fit for a flash visit in Burnaby with reasonable value. The views from the upper floors were fantastic, especially at sunset. If you're driving, keep in mind the parking spots fill up fast, so arrive early.

my stay at element was wonderful! the room was clean and spacious, which was perfect for my family. the location is fantastic, just a short walk to the big shopping mall. we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the weeknight happy hour with snacks. the staff was friendly and made us feel welcome.

The clean and spacious suite was perfect for our family of four. The complimentary breakfast was a hit with the kids, and we enjoyed our evenings at the happy hour, grabbing snacks and drinks that kept the whole family satisfied. Plus, Canada Place was just a quick drive away for a fun day trip!

In my wife’s opinion, the room was chilly for our kids sleeping on the sofa bed, and we wished there were more options to adjust the temperature.

The two free hot breakfasts each morning were a great way to start the day, and I loved relaxing in the warm indoor pool after a long day out. It was nice to have both a hot tub and a sauna to unwind in as well. The only minor hiccup was some minor cleaning issues I noticed in the common areas, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all. 😊

My room had two queen beds, perfect for my family. It was spotless and surprisingly quiet, which is a rarity for hotels. I loved the fully equipped kitchen in the suite. The large fridge and dishwasher made meal prep super easy during our stay. Plus, who wouldn't appreciate a freshly brewed cup of coffee in the morning? We were on the 13th floor with a fantastic view. The highlight for our little one was definitely the swimming pool and hot tub — ideal for spending quality time together. A small hiccup was the air conditioning not cooling down efficiently, but it was manageable. A fantastic breakfast spread would have added even more value. I would eagerly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and excellent service. Can’t wait for our next visit!
